We had been looking for a JR herdsire for a while when Marilou mentioned this match. We were happy to put down a deposit as we really admire Maggie Rose and were sure she would contribute to our program. We were also very excited to add Sundowner's genetics to our herd.
Though he was small to start, Magnus or Morton as we call him has caught up very well and is a very correct buck with many of the qualities we were looking to add to our kids. We are excited to see what he will produce next year.
We are very happy with the kids we have gotten this spring from Magnus. They are all very correct and oozing with dairy strength. Just what we were looking for.
